Monday was another good day. Matt and I were sent over to the house on 34th street. The person that was suppossed to paint it was unable to do it. We got the opportunity to work with five women from Lancaster county, Pa. They were a hoot! They did all the painting while Matt and I caulked, did electrical work, drywall finishing, and laying some flooring. We just have to put the screen on the front porch, and put a vent fan in the bathroom, and these people can move back into their home! That is awesome!
The box truck broke down on the interstate, and I took Phil out to get it monday night. We got to discuss a lot of what was going on, which was a good thing. He had someone call him about having her house rebuilt. Hopefully we can get something worked out so that the team can work on it when they come down. He also is going to hook me up with a guy who wants to build a cement block house. Therefore we may have two houses for the group to work on.
